Eiton green was appointed manager in 2007, after filling major tasks in the Kibbutz – Kibbutz secretay, Head of orchard branch, Manager of Kiftzuba. Beside manging the winery, Eiton is agin Kibbutz secretary.

 

The winery was founded by Moti Tzamir who was its first manager and wine maker.

Paul Dubb joined the winery as the chief winemaker in 2007. Previous to this, he etablished all of the kibbutz vineyards and was responsible for all the major decisions relating to new plantings and general quality of the grapes. His passion for wine was developped from a yound age: growing up in South Africa, he helped his family make wines for jewish community.
